2015 Renault Megane GT 220 Coupe Engine Test
Powered by a 220 hp version of the 2.0 liter turbo Renault Renault and sophisticated suspension and 18-inch alloy wheels, cars harbinger of a new entry-level model in the world of Megane driving performance.
The GT 220 is based on the Megane GT Line TomTom but offers up to twice as much shock and provides more driving dynamics thanks to stiffer springs and dampers, larger brake discs Renault.
The 16-valve turbo engine drives the front wheels via a gearbox six-speed and the car can blow up 0-62 in 7.6 seconds on the way to a top speed of 149 mph.
But with Renault Stop & Start technology series, the GT 220 to a fuel return value 38.7mpg combined with CO2 emissions of 169g / km.
The Renault-tuned suspension of the 220 GT includes special front and rear shock calibration and where the valves used Renault Megane-based sports.
And 220 GT also has traction control and drop controld flow logic taxes help and ABS with Brake Assist Renault.
As for style, there is a special design bumper GT with a central air intake redesigned and integrated bright black cross bar carrying the badge, while the rear bumper has a lower part in body color .
In the cabin is provided by Renault influence in the sports seats and upholstery, leather-rimmed steering wheel with thick thumb indent and decorative stitching and analog displays and aluminum pedals.
2015 Renault Megane GT 220 Coupe Fuel Consumption
Megane Expression – today one of the small hatches cheaper in Australia euros – is powered by a 2.0-liter petrol engine with 103 kW / 195 nm combined with a CVT automatic transmission. Fuel consumption is given as 7.8 l / 100 km.
The term is the 16-inch steel wheels and inner fabric, cruise control and six airbags. There are also USB / AUX audio with Bluetooth hands-free and audio streaming.
